Think the problem must be my actual physical location. I've changed the country I'm in. Doesn't make any difference.

When I first used it, my phone said it was trying to boost the internet connection (I think that's what it meant). So I switched to WiFi, and that's fixed wireless, and slow too. I get everywhere else okay, just not JTWC.

Edit: I can access it again, at 9pm. Weird.
