Well a nice solid storm and a bit of rain has left 84mm in the gauge and put me over 2m YTD..

This storm has washed out a temporary creek bypass as the bridge failed a couple of years
back and they still haven't come up with funding to rebuild it, so they keep chucking
truck loads of gravel into the crossing to wash down stream and slowly fill the creek
to make it flood more.. The mental capacity of some of these council people really needs
to be questioned..

SM, growing up in the Blue mountains, we only played in creeks in summer :) and I seem to
remember we had more floods in winter back then, with days and days of cold rain..
