It is looking quite good for rainfall but I am trying not to get too excited knowing that this is largely convective rainfall and I have done not well at my location lately when there have been rainfall around.

It would to great to measure some data of wetter weather for a change rather than the constant high temperatures, low rainfall and low humidity. That would be fantastic for Christmas.

For my location this is the driest first 24 days of December on record with a total of 19.7 mm exceeding the old record low of 25.3 mm in 2008.
