Notes of yesterday weather - 10/2/20: Partly cloudy with cu and sc clouds before increasing cloud periods in the afternoon and ac and cb later in the afternoon. In the late afternoon was thunder from an approaching decaying storm. A mild thunderstorm during the evening with frequent lightning and some heavy falls at 8:50pm becoming light thundery rain from 9pm. The temperature was variable during the early to mid afternoon. The temperature became temporarily stable in the late afternoon before resuming the fall in temperature. The dew point fell early in the day close to average before rising during the morning and became moderately high during the morning. The dew point rose more slowly from the late morning to mid afternoon but was a little variable. From the mid afternoon the dew point started to fall and returned to near average during the evening, though was stable later in the afternoon until the dew point started falling again with the storm. High and stable relative humidity early in the day, and in the early morning before remaining high during the day but was a little variable. Some light NW to NE winds in the early hours and otherwise calm before light and variable winds during the morning becoming ENE to SE with some NE winds during the morning, E to SE in the afternoon and E to NE from the mid afternoon. In the evening winds backed fro SSE to ESE early in the evening to N to NW in the late evening.
Today: Mostly calm winds today. The temperature have been quite stable in the early hours of today. The dew point have been stable and near average before starting to rise this morning. Relative humidity have been stable and high.
Event total rainfall is 249.5 mm.
