Notes of yesterday weather - 4/5/20: Mostly sunny with sc clouds in the morning clearing. A cool morning with the temperature was stable or fell very slowly in the early hours. A warm day with the temperature a little variable in the early and mid afternoon. The dew point was stable and moderately low in the early hours before rising slowly during the morning then became stable from the early afternoon before rising sharply for a brief period at 4:20pm (2 C in 3 minutes) to near average and then was stable during the rest of the afternoon. In the evening the dew point fell slowly whilst remaining close to average. Stable and moderately low relative humidity in the early hours, moderately low in the morning and afternoon before returning to near average in the late afternoon following a brief but sharp rise of 10% in the late afternoon. Mostly calm winds in the early hours with some W to WNW winds until 2am before light SSW to WSW winds from the morning, SSE to SW in the late morning, followed by SSW to W winds in the early afternoon. Light WSW to SE winds in the mid afternoon before E to SE winds in the late afternoon with the rise in humidity, winds gradually veered during the evening to SSW to SSE before becoming calm from 8:30 pm.
