Notes of yesterday weather - 31/5/20: Increasing cloud in the morning, becoming cloudy in the late morning with cu and sc clouds, easing in afternoon with cu, ci and cc clouds. A brief moderate to heavy shower followed by a light shower in the late morning and at midday. The temperature fell slowly in the early hours before rising a little and fell slowly later in the early hours. The temperature was a little variable in the morning reaching a near average maximum temperature in the late morning before the rain and dropped 5 C with the rain. In the afternoon the temperature rose while remaining a little lower than the morning. Later in the evening the fall in the temperature slowed and became stable in the late evening. The dew point generally rose early in the day and in the morning close to average, briefly becoming moderately high in the early afternoon before falling during the afternoon but was rather variable. In the late afternoon the dew point became stable before falling in the evening while remaining close to average and became stable late in the evening. Relative humidity was near average from early before becoming high with the rainfall later in the morning. In the afternoon the relative humidity was moderately high before becoming high in the evening. Mostly calm winds overnight except for some light and variable winds between 2:30am and 3:30 am, before S to SW winds in the morning with some WNW to SW wind. Light SSE to ENE winds later in the morning before calm winds in the afternoon, was followed by ESE to NE from the mid afternoon to early evening before calm winds in the evening.
Today: A warm night with the temperature stable during much of the early hours. Near average dew point was mostly stable in the early hours before rising this morning becoming moderately high. High and stable relative humidity early and have remained high this morning. Winds have been calm.
