It may be slightly different to other forums.
On the left hand side next to each forum or topic, you will see the folder icon (or small grey circle on a mobile device). It will have star on it if there are new posts since you last logged in. Mobile devices the small

- No new items since you last logged in
- New posts since last logged in


Next to each topic there are a couple of small (more like tiny) icons. The left one takes you to the last post you read and the right one takes you to the very last post. These are coloured red if you have new posts to read.
- Last read and last post if you have new items to read
- Last read and last post


There is also an active topics section towards the bottom of the forum too.
