As has been seen down here with the recent Mayfair 101 1.5 billion dollar development that was going to bring 10000 new jobs, all it seems to do is incite the pro development mob and all the greedy speculators..more roadworks and traffic, grandiose infrastructure plans and relaxtion of building regs to encourage more semi high rise buildings, helicopter hire in the town limits, plans for Jetski's and watersports to harrass the peace of our lovely quiet beaches and more of those city types that move in looking to capitalize on a development boom...

I'm so glad the scamming bald Skase has been found out and his pie in the sky plans are now history...

Hopefully we will see a return to the village life that was the reason we moved here..
