Notes of yesterday weather - 1/2/22: Partly cloudy with Cu and Sc clouds with some Cb clouds later in the afternoon. Thunder heard from a distant thunderstorm in the mid afternoon, then a light shower followed by a nearby thunderstorm with some light rain early and late in the evening. The temperature generally fell slowly in the early hours before rising from early in the morning to the maximum temperature in the middle of the day and was warm becoming hot from late in the morning. In the early afternoon the temperature fell, then rose a little in the mid afternoon before falling during the rest of the afternoon and was warm during the afternoon. Early in the evening it was hot while falling a little slowly before easing to warm during the evening while falling a little more quickly before stabilising later in the evening. Dew point was slightly above average that was stable or fell slowly in the early hours before rising during the morning, then stabilising from later in the morning after becoming moderately high reaching to around 25 C. In the early afternoon the dew point rose further for a brief period before stabilising afterwards after reaching 27 C. During the evening the dew point fell for a brief period before rising slowly during the rest of the evening that was slightly above average. Relative humidity was slightly below average that rose slowly in the early hours and early in the morning before falling afterwards and was near average for a period in the mid morning. In the early afternoon the relative humidity rose for a period and became generally stable before generally rising from the mid afternoon being slightly above or close to average and eased to near average during the evening. Light NNW to NW winds at the start of the day before calm winds during the rest of the early hours. After some WNW to SW winds the wind was NW to NNE during the morning with WSW to NW winds at times from mid morning, light WNW to WSW winds in the middle of the day, variable winds in the early afternoon before shifting to E to NE. Light N to NE winds from the mid afternoon, shifted to E to NE winds during early in the evening, then to W to NW during the evening before backing to SE to SW later in the evening with calm winds at times.

Today: Warm at the very start of the day became hot during the rest of the early hours while the temperature was nearly stable. The temperature rose from early this morning while easing to warm. Dew point rose a little at the start of the day, then became stable during the rest of the early hours before rising from early this morning, moderately high. Relative humidity rose slowly in the early hours, close to average before falling from early this morinng, slightly below average easing to near average in the past hour. Light WSW to SSE winds at the start of the day before mostly calm winds with during the rest of the early hours and early this morning with some variable winds at times.
