Are you killing a steer..?..that must be nice..we dont eat muchbeef anymore..seems cant find any decent steak for under $30 a kg anymore...I only like rib fillet anyway all other supermrket steak is only good for curries or stews IMO, although I'm sure some juicy homegrown stuff would be delicious..
