Notes of yesterday weather - 9/9/19: Fine and sunny. A cool day. The dew point was very low early rising during the early hours to -1 C in the early morning before falling. The dew point became extremely low from later in the morning falling to a low of -20 C in the afternoon. From the mid afternoon the dew point rose before stabilising in the evening and remaining low. Relative humidity was very low with a maximum of 35 % in the morning falling to a low of 4% in the afternoon. Light NW to WSW winds early before increasing light to moderate during th morning. Later in the morning winds became gusty WNW to WSW, started to ease later in the morning and light W to WSW in the evening.

Today: Visibility reduced by smoke. Winds have eased to quite light SSW to WNW and calm at times. This is the first time since Friday morning of a period of calm winds. Dew point is still low and have been slowly rising. Relative humidity peaked at a high of 36% this morning and since started to fall as the temperature rises.
