Notes of yesterday weather - 12/3/23: Partly cloudy with Cu and Sc clouds before increasing, Ac, Ci and Cb clouds in the afternoon. Some light rain in the early hours. A mid afternoon severe thunderstorm with fierce electrical and heavy rainfall with 70 mm of rainfall of which 63 mm occurred in 45 minutes before the light rain afterwards later in the afternoon (35 mm in 21 minutes, eased for 5 minutes, followed by 27 mm in 22 minutes). Two hours of thunder. The temperature rose very slightly during the early hours, being warm, fell a little late in the early hours before rising from early in the morning, close to average. Early in the afternoon the maximum temperature was reached before falling quickly with the approach of the thunderstorm being cool. From later in the afternoon the temperature became nearly stable while easing to near average, to slightly warm during the evening and to warm late in the evening. Dew point rose very slowly from the start of the day, slightly above average, fell slightly late in the early hours before rising from early in the morning, while becoming moderately high, peaking at 26 C. From early in the afternoon the dew point fell, slightly above average, before generally rising very slowly from later in the afternoon, and fell slightly late in the evening. Relative humidity was stable and close to saturation before falling slowly from the mid morning, moderately high. From early in the afternoon the relative humidity rose, before reaching near saturation from late in the afternoon after becoming high to very high from the mid afternoon, where it remained for the rest of the day though eased to moderately high in the evening and to slightly above average later in the evening. Some light WSW to NW winds in the early hours with periods of calm winds, followed by NW to NE winds during the morning. In the afternoon the wind tended to NNE to E, then followed by variable winds in the mid afternoon before mostly calm winds from later in the morning with some NE to NW winds and then W to SW late in the evening.

Today: The temperature was nearly stable from the start of the day, being warm, before rising from early this morning, easing to near average in the past hour. Dew point was stable from the start of the day, slightly above average, before rising from early this morning. Relative humidity was stable and near saturation, before falling a little during this morning while becoming moderately high. Light S to SW winds from early with some calm winds, before becoming calm from late in the early hours. Light S to SW winds during this morning with some SSE winds.
