Notes of yesterday weather - 8/5/23: Sunny. The temperature steadily fell from the start of the day, close to average, became slightly cool during the early hours, became cool from late in the early hours, before rising from early morning, easing to slightly cool from the middle of the day . From the mid afternoon the temperature fell but was stable at times in the middle of the evening, after easing to near average from early in the evening. Dew point fell at the start of the day, low, before stabilising close to 0 C during the rest of the early hours, and rose slowly from early morning. In the afternoon the dew point fell, became stable from the mid afternoon close to 0 C, before falling slowly from the late afternoon while falling below 0 C while becoming very low. Later in the evening the dew point rose slowly. Relative humidity fell slightly at the start of the day, being very low, rose slowly during the early hours, before falling during the morning and afternoon while easing to low. From later in the afternoon the relative humidity rose slowly while dropping back to very low. Light WNW to WSW winds from the start of the day, before light NNW to SW winds late in the early hours and early this morning, followed by increasing light to moderate and gusty W to SW winds which eased gradually from later in the morning. Light WNW to WSW winds in the mid to late evening.

Today: The temperature fell from the start of the day, dropping from slightly cool at the start of the day, cool during the early hours, was briefly stable in the middle of the early hours, fell quickly afterwards, while becoming cold before falling less quickly late in the early hours. From early this morning the temperature rose quickly after falling to 7 C below average. Dew point rose slowly from the start of the day from -1 C, very low, rising above 0 C during the early hours being low from the middle of the early hours. Relative humidity rose slowly from the start of the day, very low, rose quickly in the mid to late early hours, while easing to low, before starting to fall during this morning. Light W to SW winds from the start of the day, before mostly calm winds from the middle of the early hours.
