We're now heading for four months. An explanation would go a long way for good public relations. Really, I can't see how "...routine service works that will maintain and enhance its operational capabilities" could possibly take so long. Wonder what "enhance" means. My paranoid mind is wondering if they're adding US technology for whatever purposes.

Yesterday was a bit on the cool side, jumpers on. Tried to rain a few times, hours apart. Today is glorious. Couldn't get a bluer sky. Pretty windy though. I use racks to dry my laundry and have had to anchor them down.
