Notes of yesterday weather - 17/8/23: Partly cloudy with Cu and Sc clouds, increasing later in the afternoon with Ac, Ci and Cb clouds. A brief mild late afternoon thunderstorm followed by a light shower in the evening. The temperature fell very slowly from the start of the day, warm, before rising from early in the morning, easing to slightly warm during the morning. From later in the morning the temperature rose less quickly, before falling from the mid afternoon. From late afternoon the temperature fell slowly, warm, becoming hot from the middle of the evening. Dew point was nearly stable from the start of the day, moderately high, before rising slowly from early in the morning that became high from the middle of the day. From the mid afternoon the dew point fell slowly. Relative humidity rose very slowly from the start of the day, close to average, before falling a little during the morning, becoming moderately high from the mid morning. From late in the morning the relative humidity stabilised while becoming high and then to very high from the middle of the day. The relative humidity then rose from late in the afternoon, before rising slowly in the evening while easing to moderately high. Mostly calm winds from early with some W to SW winds, before light NE to NW winds from the mid morning.
