Notes of yesterday weather - 8/9/23: Mostly sunny with Cu and Sc clouds, increasing a little later in the afternoon. A moderate thunderstorm in the early evening with some light rain and fierce electrical activity. The temperature fell from the start of the day, being warm, before rising from early in the morning, slightly warm. In the middle of the day the temperature stabilised, close to average, before falling slowly from early in the afternoon, becoming warm in the evening. Dew point fell from early, slightly above average, rose from early in the morning, before stabilising in the mid morning, moderately high. From later in the morning the dew point rose slowly, became stable from the mid afternoon, before falling slowly during the evening. Relative humidity was stable from early, close to average, before falling during the morning. From the middle of the day the relative humidity rose. Mostly calm winds from early before light NNW to NNE winds developed during the morning, shifting to N to ENE from the late morning. Light N to NE winds from the mid afternoon, shifted to NNW to WSW in the evening following the thunderstorm.
