Notes of yesterday weather - 28/9/23: Sc and Cu clouds clearing in the morning, before increasing cloudy with Cu, Ac, Cb and Ci clouds in the afternoon. Smoke haze clearing in afternoon. A moderate thunderstorm with two short burst of heavy rainfall (4.4 mm in 2 minutes and 7.6 mm in 7 minutes) in the early afternoon, then a very brief mild thunderstorm afterwards, followed by light rain clearing early in the evening. A brief mild thunderstorm in the middle of the evening. The temperature initially fell at the start of the day, being warm, before generally rising slowly during the rest of the early hours. From early in the morning the temperature rose. In the early afternoon the maximum temperature was reached, before falling afterwards quite quickly, easing to near average until the mid afternoon when the temperature fell slowly, being cool to cold before stabilising late in the afternoon, slightly cool. In the evening the temperature rose slowly, close to average, becoming slightly warm in the middle of the evening, before falling a little late in the evening, warm. Dew point was mostly stable in the first half of the early hours, slightly above average, before generally rising slowly in the second half of the early hours, moderately high. From early in the morning the dew point rose, before generally stabilising from the mid morning. Early in the evening the dew point fell slightly before rising afterwards. Late in the evening the dew point fell a little. Relative humidity rose slowly at the start of the day, close to average, then became stable during the rest of the early hours, before falling from early in the morning. In the early to mid afternoon the relative humidity rose while quickly becoming very high, before stabilising afterwards being elevated while easing to moderately high in the evening and to slightly above average later in the evening.
