ah mate I think there is some really bad stuff happening on the Northern beachs right now...

I saw myola rainfall total go from 150mm to 300mm in just over an hour (now at 1750mm for the week)

Imagine all this hurtling down the Barron...must be an absolute mess along the flood plain.....I saw on a Cairns fishing page someone asking for a boat to rescue 4 people and 3 dogs that are trapped on a roof at Hollaways and their cars have floated away..

Its just mind-boggling really..is Tinaroo also a consideration what happens once its full..?..Will that add to the flooding ..?
