Beats me. You rotate it in the album but it does not stick.

My work around is to go into edit, rotate it, then crop it very very slightly (or to something better), then save it as a new image. (Do not click to replace the original image.)

That usually seems to work. It lowers the resolution, but that's not a bad thing when you're posting it on the net.

Edit: As for rain out here, I've been away a couple days, anything in the gauge would've evaporated. Nothing last night. Warm and muggy. A lot of big clouds, but not overcast.
