Looks like some good heavy falls in the usual spots south with over 100mm since 09:00 in a few gauges.
I'd still like to see another propper wet day here before this season ends, stuff what it does to the roads :) ..

Been out raking the home lawn in the rain, so satisfying sitting back now with a beer :)

Looking for suggestions for fast growing screening trees that grow to about 3 or 4m , Jasper has taken a few trees out
and that has left some big openings that let me see out and others see in.
I keep chucking all the palm seeds of all types along the creek where a couple of trees fell so in time it will just
be a palm jungle, it's the high side of the creek so we don't go down there.
So i'm thinking a row of something a couple of meters in on my side so I can still get behind but have a screen till
the bush does it's thing.
Exotic is fine because you can always cut them down, if you plant natives and they get to big you can have problems with
those who know it all in local laws..

Cheers
