yep back to the usual showery cr@p again...

Just had a couple of lovely days here to spoil us ..even got some fungicide sprayed in the shadehouse and a small amount of mowing done....ground is very sloppy though..

I have a couple of hundred metres of council roadway to maintain as well...no near-by gravel stocks to plunder though..that would be very nice indeed.!

Its not a well formed up or drained road so I usually drag a bit of gravel out of the creek occasionally and fill up the wash outs and holes and then just throw a bit of blue metal on top..

28 its urprising how much inland real estate is worth these days, even with rising interest rates...i guess its due to supply and demand and the actual cost of building a house these days...only downside is if you then need to find something to buy on the coast that has also risen proportionally these past few years..i read something like around 30% in the past 3-4 years across QLD...
