Yes, Hinchinbrook was a fabulous walk, and not too hard. Just a couple climbs but nothing tricky.

As for the BOM site...

The Bureau - makes me think of the FBI (too many novels and too much TV)

I now take a look every day, but the radar maps can't be seen properly on a 14" Lenovo laptop. (Quite a few other maps I use from time to time have this problem.) On unstable internet it's just plain aggravating, like the Telstra coverage map, jerky & jumps all over the place.

A lot of apps, including weather apps, I don't waste time using -- they're full of stuff I don't need or want, in my experience. I bookmark the multiple sites I use regularly, keep in folders on phone and laptop - quicker to access a page than waiting for an app to open.

Thankfully, the wind has eased here today.
