13°C here this morning also 28. I looked up the coldest recorded temp for Cairns and apparently it was 6.2° on June 23 1946. That was probably at the airport. Forecast is for 12° tonight.

I can understand how they got a bit lost at Fishers Creek Scott, it's like a maze there. We went straight across the channel to the island side so it was easy to find our way back in the arvo. No gps back then.
