Doesnt look like much change over the next week or so..the tradewinds seem to be hanging on for a while longer yet..

Yep..spending an hour or 2 down under the willows and callistemons and river red gums with a hand line with a live crayfish or worm on the hook is a great way to finish a hard days work out west..

Just the sounds of the parrots, cockies, galahs, occasional crow and sheep and cattle is pretty relaxing..

The property is located at the junction of 2 main waterways and was a soldier settlement block for my great grandad....also have a 12-15 acre dam/lake stocked with fish..

Fond memories indeed but the one downside with so much river country is maintaining flood fences and then general fences after the bigger floods..I'm sure you know about that Bunyip...
