mate the thing i most object to is he, like others purporting to be a well credentialed news source, just lift an unverified FB post and posts it as fact...wouldnt you check other nearby gauges(including an official one about 1km away) to gauge the likelihood of something being true or not first..?



and yeah SM I know that would technically be possible but when every other gauge around the same town has measured less then half then maybe the old grannie that posted it made a boo-boo with her measuring...

anyway 160mm for us in the past 24 hrs and have even seen the sun trying to peek through a couple of times....I think the worst may be over..

Might even go and try the supermarket but i fear I may be dissapointed..
