So Albert is now in the coral sea. Should have been called Anthony but was changed cos of Albo.😁

Ie. there will never be another Larry it will have been replaced by another “L” name.

I agree Weary, a bit far out yet to be calling a Brisbane cyclone. I take it they're going on the latest computer runs. Latest from Tropical Tidbits GFS for MAR 5.

4mm here this morning. Nice fresh SE breeze today.
GFS had the cyclone crossing south of Brisbane yesterday, today it has it crossing near Rocky. Still a lot of doubt there.
Some amazing rainfall figures there Weary.

Looking at the models this arvo the cyclone graveyard is looking good. But the more time it stays where it is things can change I reckon. 1.5mm here this morning. Edit: GFS now has it near Sydney on the 9th Mar. Edited by user Wednesday, 26 February 2025 4:56:10 PM(UTC)
