I am also back to green grass that is waist height is some places, which is absolutely amazing.

Sadly it looks like people have wondered off from the SEQ forum, but appeared on N QLD forum.

Great rain here and 15mm for today

Some lovely light and persistent rain here for the last few hours, which is a great improvement from the previous fire hose blasting us for 20 minutes and then stopping.
Wonderful if you are stuck under this band of rain!

After being away for a few months and then coming back to waist high grass, I spent three bl**dy hours cutting the stuff yesterday. It looks great though although this rain (10mm so far today) is going to make it grown again. Great to have a day of no heat and yuckie humidity.

Just passed the 50mm mark for so far today, which is wonderful considering I have missed out on the big totals over the last few months.
Not great for people camping though! OhMyGod
