News on the WZ, Australia's tropical cyclone risk increasing next week, Apparently the cause is the MJO passing to the north of Australia. No rain here yesterday but a good storm in the Mareeba area blocked the sun for a couple of hours which made things a bit cooler. YTD:104.5mm Edit: They're saying the latest monsoon onset in Darwin was on the 25th Jan 1973. Still no sign of it yet this year. Edited by user Wednesday, 15 January 2025 4:55:37 PM(UTC)
